I am Carl Church, an international award winning bird taxidermist. This website is my portfolio of bird taxidermy from simple mounts to one off exclusive cases. Being a bird specialist taxidermist, my work not only shows breathtaking birds but excellent composition, vibrant lifelike ground work and amazing all over accuracy for detail, showing my bird taxidermy as true works of art.

Glass cases are made by a qualified cabinet maker to the highest of quality. All the birds I use are legally and ethically obtained with around 60% road traffic deaths,15% killed flying into windows with the remaining 25% being birds which die in captivity. All relevant documentation accompanies each bird about its origin and authenticity. All the work shown is my own I do not sell old or other taxidermist’s work and do not give valuations on old or other taxidermy.
